Heal Her is a live 9-month embodied healing program that initiates and guides women to a place of deep trust, expansion, and wholeness.

It is a safe, rich, and intimate experience for you to deepen your understanding of your Self and all that has shaped you, while expanding your capacity for feeling, experiencing, and holding on every level.

Heal Her is comprised of a 9-month online container and an in-person Retreat facilitated by Ellen Travassaros. It is recommended you join the waitlist to receive important updates as the program runs once every 1-2 years.

Heal Her is a multi-faceted journey that weaves in both traditional and unconventional therapeutic and spiritual modalities including ancestral wisdom, rites of passage, embodiment, trauma healing, & spiritual practice.

More than anything, Heal Her is a remembering and intends to repair and deepen your connection with the whole.

On the other side of Heal Her you will know fierce discernment and how to self-facilitate your deepest inner work. And a woman who knows and trusts her inner world is a full woman, is a full home, is a full world.
